• Your information is never sold.
• No targeted advertising.
• No sensitive data required in the AI chat.

NorthWorth is operated by Amine Askri (trading as NorthWorth), within Ares International Group. Amine Askri acts as the data controller for the personal information processed through the platform.

Legal basis for processing

• Contract performance: your account, your company's data, forecasts and the AI CFO assistant.
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, error logs and product improvement.
• Consent: optional communications, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Legal obligation: records we are required by law to keep.

Data recipients

Data is protected with encryption and access controls, and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

• Service providers and subprocessors (cloud hosting, AI service).
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities, where required by law.

How we use your data

• To compute your statements, forecasts, health score and action plan.
• To save your data so you and your team find it again at your next visit.
• An AI service receives a summary of the figures computed by the engine, and the documents you choose to have read, in order to generate explanations. The AI never writes figures into your company: documents it reads are confirmed by a person first. Avoid entering sensitive personal information in the chat.

Your rights and our commitments

You may access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to us.

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists — no longer.

NorthWorth handles personal information in the spirit of the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Law 25.

This service is intended for adults. It is not directed at persons under 18.

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Security

Each company's records are visible only to its members, with the role they were given. Imports and settings changes are recorded in an audit log. Access requires your sign-in credentials.
