Our mission

Most Canadians juggle disconnected spreadsheets and calculators. NorthWorth connects them: one financial profile powers the dashboard, Score, planning tools, Build Wealth and AI Coach. Clear calculations and practical next actions help people move from debt to wealth.

NorthWorth is built and powered by Ares International Group.

  1. 1Enter your numbers once — or explore with the example.
  2. 2Every tool and the AI Coach read the same connected data.
  3. 3Turn scenarios into a goal, a next action and a plan you can follow.

Methodology and sources

Every result on NorthWorth comes from a deterministic formula you can inspect — never from a black box. The rules baked into the calculators come from official Canadian sources:

CRA — TFSA, RRSP and FHSA contribution limits and rules.CMHC — mortgage default insurance premiums for high-ratio mortgages.
Canadian mortgage convention — semi-annual compounding, not in advance.
OSFI — the minimum qualifying rate (stress test) for uninsured mortgages.
Common lender benchmarks — 39% GDS and 44% TDS ratios.
Provincial land transfer taxes and first-time buyer rebates, estimated per province.

These parameters reflect the rules in effect as of the latest update (2026) and evolve — annual TFSA indexing, federal and provincial budgets, mortgage rules. Always verify official amounts with the CRA or a licensed professional before acting.

Deterministic calculations verified by an automated test suite, with bilingual FR/EN Excel workbooks for every template.
